Why are your products so cheap? Are they expired?

A lot of our items are here because of bent boxes, dented cans, upside-down labels, etc, not because they’re old or because anything is wrong with the products. Big box stores won’t sell them, and that’s where we come in! We connect people like you to the products you want at amazingly low prices!

We sell some items that are past their “sell by” dates, which are not expiration dates. 

Canned food is typically good for up to 2 years past a sell-by date. According to the USDA, many dry goods are also good past sell-by dates. We inspect our products (and taste-test a lot of them; we’re consumers here, too!), and if anything is bad we get rid of it.

We won’t sell you anything we know has gone bad, is contaminated or unsafe.
